• WE DO NOT DELIVER NATIONALLY – DELIVERY IS BRISTOL, BATH AND SURROUNDING AREAS ONLY (30m radius).
• Deliveries booked on a first come, first served basis. During busy spells i.e. weeks prior to Bank Holidays, delivery lead times can increase considerably. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
• We are a curb side only service. All products are lifted and carried off our vans by our delivery drivers, and we do not operate crane-fitted trucks. However, where possible, we will help our customers get their products to a more suitable location – time, weight and practicality permitting (although this isn’t guaranteed).
• We reserve the right to add additional charges when we deem it necessary to send extra persons to unload heavy items, and, or when more than one delivery is necessary. Most commonly this will apply to high volume concrete orders.
