•  Deliveries operate Monday to Friday only – no weekends. 

•  Delivery is within Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas (up to a 40 mile radius). ** Although we do not deliver Nationally,  for any requests further afield please enquire with our team  ** 

• Deliveries booked on a first come, first served basis. During busy spells i.e. weeks prior to Bank Holidays, delivery lead times can increase considerably. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

•  All products are manually lifted on/off our trucks by our delivery drivers and carried to the front of the property . ** For any additional instructions please enquire with our team prior to delivery and we will try to accommodate ** 

•  We may need to add additional charges if sending extra persons for heavy loads, and, or when more than one load is necessary. Most commonly this will apply to high volume concrete orders.
